How variables work

Write placeholders into the prompt for anything that changes from call to call. Then pass the values with each API call, or as columns in a campaign list.

Example values for one call

customer name: Rohan
project: Lakeview Towers
enquiry: 3-bedroom homes
offer: Show flat visit before Saturday

Where values come from

Single calls: sent with the request that starts the call. See Outbound calls.
Campaigns: one column per variable in your list. See Batch campaigns.
